
杨高继,中共党员,工学博士,讲师。主要从事农产品加工与贮藏保鲜、食品微生物检测与安全控制等方面的研究。近年来,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,合作发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一/共一作者在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Control和Food Microbiology等期刊发表论文8篇。
